The Pink Hotel Coolangatta
The Pink hotel is an iconic refurbished 1950's boutique hotel, located right across the road from the beach in Coolangatta. I suppose you could say it’s retro and funky.
It’s been designed with Scandinavian and mid-century themes and it’s pink - my current favourite color.
It has a choice of rooms including king rooms, king suites and a suite with two bedrooms. All the rooms have neon signs and wall art. I guess that's the retro-funky part?
It’s right across the road from the beach and t’s also only a 3-minute walk to the shops.
It has rooftop space where you can BYO food and drink. The in-room dining service is burgers and wings from Eddie’s Grub House. There is daily breakfast available from Ground Coolangatta.
If it’s a photoshoot you’re wanting, then the hotel grounds are a treasure trove of cute little spaces. You need to pre-book and pay for all photoshoots.
If you’re not familiar with Coolangatta itself, well it’s part of the Gold Coast and right on the border of Queensland and New South Wales. It’s a short 8-minute drive from Coolangatta (Gold Coast) airport.
If you’re looking for a bit of fun and something a bit different AND, if you love pink, like me, then it’s definitely worth visiting.
