- In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange your preferred alternative or refund.
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you.
International delivery costs do not include any local taxes or duties that may be applied by customs in the receiving country.
Any duties or taxes applied in the receiving country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that your goods purchased on the Ankalia website are not insured. If you wish to insure your purchased items please make arrangements with the insurer of your choice.
Please choose carefully. Use the size chart to ensure you have chosen the correct size and read all the product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right size and the right product. Also, take care trying on your sandals and do so, on a carpeted area or a soft, non-scratch floor surface.
We do offer a refund on full priced products only if a return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods and if the item passes the Ankalia return policy as follows:
- Unworn and unused items in their original condition and in their original packaging may be returned by registered post within 14 days of receipt.
- The cost to return an item will be at your expense.
- We are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.

We require you to post your return back to us via registered post with a tracking number. We recommend you use Australia Post express post satchels (registered) within Australia. Once you have posted your items please forward us your tracking number to email@example.com.
We do not accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please be aware that it can take up to 7 days for a refund to be processed as the goods need to be reviewed by quality control for approval and then passed onto accounts before the refund can be made.
Please also note credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately it is beyond our control.
We do not refund any shipping or postal costs incurred by you. We only refund the value of the goods returned.
With our fast and reliable delivery service, you will receive your right size and colour fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your returned order, we will then credit your account providing you meet our returns policy criteria detailed above.
