Ankalia at Mount Claremont Farmers Market

How do you spend your Saturday mornings? For a lot of us, we drink coffee, do a bit of grocery shopping and catch up with friends. So, my perfect place to ‘hang out’ every Saturday morning is Mount Claremont Farmers Market.

I do have a stand there where I showcase my handcrafted sandals but really for me it’s more about socialising in my neighbourhood. I get lots of visitors from around Perth and the Western Suburbs, I pat every Golden Retriever that walks by – yep, I’m Golden Retriever obsessed! I drink good coffee, eat a healthy breakfast and buy locally grown and produced fresh produce.

I recommend Mt Claremont Farmers Market if you want to “shop local and support local.” There’s a lovely sense of community there. You can get everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, freshly ground coffee, fresh flowers, fresh seafood and fresh meat, as well as lots of beautiful cheeses, bread and home baked goodies. You can also buy treats for your fur baby and dogs are very welcome.

If you are visiting the market, make sure you come and say hi. I have all my sandals on display for you to try on and it’s a great opportunity for you to see my designs in real life and see how beautiful and sparkly the Swarovski crystals really are.

If you don’t know every pair of Swarovski crystal sandals is handcrafted with love by me in my little studio in Mount Claremont. They are truly limited-edition luxury. I offer you a heel choice of 2cm or flat with every pair and I cater to both big feet and small feet, offering Euro sizes 35-43.

Lots of love,
