Hot Pink Leather Sparkly Sandals

As a very little girl I didn’t have a Barbie doll and I had never even heard of Barbie until I was about 7 or 8. Dolls were never really my thing, I don’t think I ever played with them, but I did want them because they looked nice, and I liked to have them lined up on my shelves.
I remember I had Bubby, Rosemary and then Giggles who wore a hot pink dress with orange stripes and when you moved her arms in-and-out she giggled.
At about the age of 8 I became friends with an older girl due to my love of horse riding and she gave me her Barbie, plus Ken and Skipper with a few outfits for Barbie in an old cardboard box.
I don’t know what happened to my Barbie. I guess my Mum would have given her away or put her in what she called the Brotherhood donation bin.
Even though I was never really a Barbie girl, I was always into fashion, and I’ve always loved all shades of pink. So, of course I’m really pleased to have created this new Barbie design in Barbie pink.
I had so much FUN designing and making Barbie, so I hope you love them too. Every girl deserves her own Barbie moment and I think we’re all Barbies in some way, aren’t we!
Lots of love,
Cheryl xx
