Woodbury Common, New York

If you’re going to New York and you’re a shopper like me then I recommend you allocate enough time for an entire day at Woodbury Common which is a premium outlet centre.
They claim to be the world’s most iconic outlet shopping destination and I think it’s very good. They have over 250 designers there and the ones I went to were: Prada, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Sandro, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Moncler, Bogner, Zimmerman, Alexander McQueen, Ferragamo, and Polo Ralph Lauren. I also went to Adidas, Nike, Michael Kors, and a few cheapies as well. If you want to check out the stores and deals etc. before you go, they have an excellent website which is https://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlet/woodbury-common
In terms of getting there, well it’s super easy and only about an hour outside of New York. There’s an excellent bus service from Manhattan with buses leaving every hour from 8.30am onwards. I recommend you book your bus ticket online and in advance because they do sell out. For the return journey the buses are at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6.30pm and the last one is ta 7.30pm. You can book your bus ticket at www.woodburybus.com
For lunch, it was super easy. I just went to Market Hall and had a super salad whilst some of my girlfriends went to Shake Shack for the experience. For my mid-morning coffee fix I had an okay Cappuccino at Ralph Lauren.
I recommend you go to Woodbury Common at the start of your time in New York with the hope of finding a super designer bargain before you pay full price for something on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.
Happy outlet designer shopping!
Lots of love,
Cheryl xx
